Payment Due Dates
Wednesday Sept 22nd - $100 deposit per person
Wednesday Oct 27 - $370 per person
Wednesday Jan 12 - $350 per person
Wednesday Feb 9th - Final balance due
*Deposits & payments can be paid at the school office any time before the due dates.
Credit Card payments must be done in person.
Trip Information
Cost Estimate includes: Round trip Air, hotel, bus transportation in California, U-haul truck round trip which will haul our instruments, uniforms, and a suitcase, Disney 2 day hopper pass- good for Disneyland and California Adventure, Medieval Times Dinner show, 1 day Universal Studios, Disney studio musician workshop, uniform t-shirt, and Heritage Music Festival, 4 nights hotel.
Students will be staying with the band in quad rooms (4 to a room). No non-band student or parent is allowed to stay in student rooms. Non-band students, siblings or friends cannot participate unless accompanied by their parent.
Flight Information
Band Group flights are on Alaska Airlines departing Spokane at 5,6, or 7am. Students will sign up for seat assignments and hotel rooms the end of October. There is NO school transportation to the Spokane airport. Students must arrive the Spokane airport 1 1/2 hours before their departure time. Band Group flights returning on April 5th arrive the Spokane airport at 10pm and midnight. No school transportation is provided.
Band Group air for those 14 people returning on April 9th flight departs LAX 4:30pm and arrives Spokane 9pm, also on Alaska Airlines.
We have 3 seats available on this later date return. Please let me know if you are interested. You will be on your own from April 5th - 9th when this flight returns.
